Policy
The Tattoo Process
To make a tattoo booking please complete the booking enquiry form on the 'Book Now' page of my website. Alternatively, if you are an existing client, or are wanting a large-scale piece, please send an email to jacobgwynn@gmail.com (jacobgwynn@gmail.com)with the following information:
- Full Name
- Contact Number
- Description of design/concept
- Placement on the body and a clear photo of the area to be tattooed (Please make note of any scars or existing tattoos)
- Any reference material to illustrate your concept
- Your preferred dates or days for your booking
Unfortunately my availability is very limited for phone calls. I work Tuesday- Sunday from 9am-6pm, so my availability to meet in person or take phone calls is very limited.
When I am tattooing my clients, I give them my full attention. It is unfair to expect a client to stop mid tattoo for me to take consultations or answer the phone. I prefer the use of email as it is the easiest method to manage and stay on top of bookings and enquiries. We all use social media and know how quickly our inbox fills with story reactions and spam. It is easier and more efficient to have all communication in one location and it means that your enquiry is prioritised and never lost.
Due to the current high demand, consultations are currently via email. However, if you are looking at beginning a larger project, such as a full front or back piece, an in-store consultation can be arranged.
Remember that the amount of detail in your tattoo will be dependent on the amount of time that you invest into your tattoo. A sleeve cannot be completed in a day.
After you have provided a description of your concept, I will do my best to give you a time and price estimate of your tattoo. However, please note that an initial quote should be considered as a guide only, as there are numerous factors that will impact how long a tattoo will take to complete, included but not limited to, how well a client can sit.
A deposit is required at the time of your booking to secure a day and time. A date will not be locked in until a deposit is received.
For a full-day session, a deposit of $300.00 paid via bank transfer is required, which will then be deducted from the cost of your tattoo at the end of your session.
If you are booking multiple days, a deposit of $500.00, paid via bank transfer, is required which then comes off the total of your final session.
Payment is to be made on the day of your tattoo. No exceptions.
Full payment can be made via bank transfer or cash. Unfortunately, due to past experience, bank transfers are no longer accepted after your session is complete.
*Please note that I will no longer be taking split payments.
